The Numbers Don’t Lie: Why the Traditional Playbook Doesn’t Work for Generation Jones Women Business Owners.
While that outdated script plays in the background, the global economy is preparing a completely different reality.
According to a landmark McKinsey study, by 2030, women in the United States are expected to control $34 trillion in investable assets. In Europe, an additional $11.4 trillion. Even more telling: about $10 trillion of the assets women currently control sits completely unmanaged.
This is the greatest horizontal migration of economic power in modern history.
But the door into it isn't asset management. It's identity. That's where real power sits.
The Identity Gap
The real reason that $10 trillion sits unmanaged isn’t a lack of financial options. It is an identity gap.
For decades, we have been conditioned to disconnect our personal authority from our financial architecture. We have internalized cultural labels that tell us to shrink our expectations, or we’ve tried to fit into corporate boxes that don’t know what to do with
our depth.
The truth is that Generation Jones (1954–1965) by nature are practical idealists. We possess
a rare combination of deep vision and sharp, real-world execution. There is absolutely nothing we cannot shift when we move as a collective, but we cannot deploy that power until we fully claim the identity that carries it.
It is time to shed the external narratives and step into what is already ours.
The Structural Hurdles We Are Navigating
Many of us are navigating the exact same structural hurdles under different names. Some have built brilliant foundations but haven’t yet cracked the elusive 7-figure ceiling. Others are rebuilding after unexpected corporate exits or navigating a landscape that no longer looks the way they planned for. Others are facing distinct historical challenges with access to capital.
Our mandate is identical: We cannot meet a multi-trillion-dollar economic shift with a solo-practitioner mindset or a safe, bootstrapping strategy.
The Blueprint
How do we bridge this gap? One of my primary focus areas is tracking emerging markets and macroeconomic shifts, a discipline I learned from my mentor. Recognizing these patterns early is exactly why I built an ecosystem IP designed to prepare us for this very moment. This isn’t a theory. It is a blueprint.
Through The Encore Playbook, we map out the bold strategies required to redefine this chapter. Using The Gold Is in the Gap™ Methodology, we actively take our decades of pattern recognition and systematically convert it into scalable business infrastructure. This is where our collective wisdom undergoes a true Leadership & Wealth Alchemy, leveraging lived experience into strategic capital.
Reaping the financial benefits from our labor isn’t about greed. It is about achieving the financial freedom required to continue our work and make a real, lasting impact.
Wisdom without structure is just untapped potential. Wisdom with architecture
is economic sovereignty.
The MidTime™ Is Not the Hour to Wind Down
The strategic capital is moving, the table is set, and our identity carries the power. It is time to build the architecture to match it.
