Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. You acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any services under any circumstances.

  • Due to scheduling and class capacity, pre-approval is required to transfer to another session date and/or time.

  • Zoom links are sent upon registration. However, no participant will be admitted to a session without complete payment.

 

Late Policy

Starting on time is important to honor all clients' schedules.

  • If you arrive late, Paula Washington Enterprises (PWE) reserves the right to shorten the session in order to stay on schedule.

  • Rescheduling due to tardiness may be offered based on availability but is not guaranteed.

  • Always call, text, or email if you’re running late.

Phone Sessions:

  • If you are unavailable at the scheduled time, one voicemail will be left and a second attempt will be made within 5 minutes. If you are still unavailable, the session will be considered a “no show” and charged accordingly.

Zoom Sessions:

  • If you have not joined the Zoom session within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, it will be considered a “no show” and will be charged in full.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • PWE reserves the right to discontinue services after two cancellations.

  • Sessions canceled with no notice (“no shows”) are charged in full.

  • Cancellation fees must be paid prior to scheduling another session.

  • If a session is missed, PWE may require prepayment for future sessions.

 

Prepaid Sessions

  • If you cancel a prepaid session, no refunds will be issued.

  • Tardiness or missed sessions do not qualify for refunds or credits.

  • Thank you for valuing our time together—we strive to deliver sessions that meet your goals and satisfaction.

 

Privacy Policy

Personal Information

PWE is committed to protecting your privacy and operating with integrity.

  • We collect personally identifiable information (e.g., name, email, phone, mailing address) only on a voluntary basis, for example, when you register for events, request information, or subscribe to our mailing list.

  • This information is used internally to respond to inquiries, improve our services, and provide relevant updates.

  • Information is either stored securely or discarded after use. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
