What if the reason you can't figure out what's next isn't
because you've lost your direction?

I had lunch with a few colleagues on Friday, and we landed
on something worth repeating.
So many people say they're not sure. They need more clients,
more leads, more sales, more of something. And they go looking for the next
tool, the next strategy, the next thing to add.
But underneath it, what's true is simpler and less
comfortable to admit.
They're bored. Not with the goal. With the process.
We forgot the joy of doing business somewhere along the way.
The fun and the whimsy of it all. Not that it isn't serious.
Not that responsibility disappears. Just that somewhere in all the doing,
we stopped enjoying it.
So, we talked about what each of us actually did about it.
A few women said they're delegating, making room for
something they'd always wanted to do but never had space for.
Others decided to streamline. Fewer offers. Cleaner process.
Less noise. I decided to hire another me, so I could focus on a
top-secret project I'll be releasing soon🤫
Different solutions. Same real question underneath all of
them.
